MAMAMOO has returned to the United States after three years since their last tour, “MY CON.” They performed in San Jose for the first time as part of their new tour, “4WARD.”
As the lights dimmed and the LED screens displayed a montage of MAMAMOO and their fans, the crowd erupted in cheers for MAMAMOO. The group kicked off their set with a jazzy vibe, performing “Mr. Ambiguous.” Moonbyul and Solar started from opposite sides of the audience, creating an exciting, energetic atmosphere for the fans. Hwasa yelled “San Jose, scream,” and the crowd roared as “Egotistic ” starts to play.
Solar asked, “Are you all having fun? The vibe in here is amazing, and now it’s time to change things up a bit.” They performed “I Miss You,” each standing at a mic stand with the spotlight focused on them. Throughout the night, MAMAMOO shared videos of themselves playing games, giving their fans a chance to enjoy the entertaining content while they changed outfits.
MAMAMOO made a comeback, showcasing four unique outfits in different robe colors. Solar in pink, Moonbyul in red, Wheein in purple, and Hwasa in yellow. They performed a trot version of “Taller Than You.” Following this, they carried out a sequence of performances titled “AZE GAG,” “Waggy,” “NEW YORK,” and “Freakin Shoes,” before moving into their solo stages.
Hwasa began by walking through the crowd, hugging and interacting with fans while singing her song, “So Cute.” After Hwasa finished her performance, Wheein started her solo on stage with “The Symphony Of Fxxkboys.” Following Wheein, the mic was passed to Moonbyul, who performed a metal song titled “Hertz.” Finally, Solar sang “Blues” while using a mic stand and drops the mic at the end of her performance.
As the last set began, MAMAMOO performed “Flowers,” “Dingga,” “gogobebe,” and concluded with “Wild Flower” before returning for an encore. During the encore, they change into their merchandise and sing “You’re the Best,” making their way to the floor to greet fans from the front, back, and sides. As they closed out the show with “Um, oh, ah, yeh,” Solar expresses her gratitude, saying, “Thank you once again to all the Moomoos for coming out,” before leaving the stage for the final time.
